Whipped Coffee (Our take on Dalgona Coffee or Whipped Cold Brew)
"Life altering." - Someone who drank it.
Ingredients (per serving)
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cold brew (see our cold brew recipe!)
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold brew on ice
1. Combine all ingredients (except cold brew on ice) in a mixer (or use a hand mixer). Use a whisk attachment and 'whip' the ingredients until they are thickened.
2. Pour the whipped coffee (whipped cold brew) mixture into the cold brew on ice. Be sure to top it off with the foam from the whipping.
3. Find a quiet place. Enjoy every sip. Reflect on your new favorite beverage. (The cover photo on this recipe was the same method with slightly more cold brew added.)

Any Philosophical Grounds roasts can be leveraged to create cold brew based on your flavor preferences. Another option is to use your morning brew (which is now room temperature) and use it as the "over ice" portion of this whipped coffee recipe.
Alternative option, just whip everything without the cold brew and pour over the cold brew (or any brewed coffee) on ice. We added a dash of whiskey and the results looked like this:
